10. Data retention

We keep website and early-access information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

In practice, this means we may keep your founding-access request while Marginr is being developed, while we are communicating with you, or while there is a reasonable business need to maintain the early-access list.

You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting:

paulmatthieu@marginr.com

However, no website, email system, database, or online service is completely secure. You should not submit sensitive information, patient information, medical information, or confidential practice records through the public website.

Before launching the Marginr app, invoice-upload workflows, or customer accounts, Marginr should implement and document additional security measures appropriate for business customer data.

12. No patient or health information through the website

The Marginr website is not designed to collect patient information, health information, dental treatment information, or protected health information.

Please do not submit such information through any website form, email, or early-access request.
